“It’s Not My Fault – President Bush Did It”
Date: 08/12/10
President Obama always blames the state of the economy on President Bush. How long before he accepts that the increase in unemployment and the increase in the national debt is the direct result of his policies? He brags about how much he has done in six months, but then argues when the news is bad that his policies had no effect. Only Junk Journalists in the media let him do this continually.

The Republican Party kept control of both the House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate until 2007. The Democratic Party wrested control of both houses of the 110th Congress, although by a very slim margin, especially in the Senate.
The composition of the 109th Congress (2005 – 2007) was as follows:
Senate: 44 D, 55 R House: 202 D, 231 R
The composition of the 110th Congress (2007 – ) is as follows:
Senate: 49 D, 49 R House: 233 D, 198 R

And lets no forget the president has the power to veto the budget.

He probably will not. Dems will continue to pass the buck saying the reps failed policies will take an eternity to correct. Both have had chances to make a difference but neither has made headway.
TJ, are you still waiting???
This site doesn’t ‘BASH’ any one that doesn’t deserve it if you care to look at each cartoon and comment which is based on FACT…not spin.
Yes…Bush definitely had his faults and I’m certainly no Bush lover BUT do not forget that Bush had a democratic majority to deal with which caused a GREAT deal of our problems by forcing banks to provide loans that should not have been granted to folks who did not qualify and was doomed from the start to get behind or worse.
Obama is doing the same thing Bush has done and is managing to destroy the nation more in 8 months than Bush or “anyone” has done in 8 years or our history as a nation. We still have GITMO, we still have two wars going on and we’re still bailing out the RICH…Where’s the change (other than Obama taking advice from communist that he appointed)?
The answer is that there is no change and I truly cringe to think of what this country will be in another 8 months. Hopefully true leaders will be elected in 2010 so that the Obama train will be stopped.
We have no leaders but I fear we have a president that we deserve because of who we have become as a nation…a lot of sheep.
~Kind regards
Many of us here in the USA believe it will take more than 8 months to fix 8 years of colossal messes in every single institution of government, including the economy. We are willing to wait and just regret we could not be enjoying this intelligent, wise, respectful President as much as we could in more calm times. By the way, I know of no media outlet in the USA that is devoted to bashing with disrespect the duly elected head of government or the reigning monarchy of a country as this site does. I am newly registered to the Times online or you would have heard from me before. I am dismayed by this. I do not know what my new President did to you, but, I know what Gordon Brown did to the families of the victims of Locherbie.
